CANCELLATION POLICY:

No cancellation charges if cancelled before 15 days of arrival. No retention charge.

50% of the 1st Night stay will be charged as retention charges, if cancelled within 15-9 days of arrival.

One day pro-rata cancellation charges will charged for cancellations received 8 days prior to arrival

Full retention will be charged for cancellation received 7 days and less than 7 days prior to arrival.

The above cancellation policy is not valid during long weekends, Christmas, New Year and during certain other times of the year wherein rooms will be confirmed subject to non refundable advance

The hotel will not undertake any responsibility for any loss/damage injury to the client and client property within the hotel premises, any insurance claimed by the client will be on his own insurance coverage.

The above rates are inclusive of the following:

Check- in and Check out time
• Our check-in time 1400 hrs and check out time is 1200 hrs.
• Guest/s checking in early in the morning (on or before 1000 hrs) room needs
to be blocked from previous night and shall be charged accordingly.
• We shall be providing late departure till 1300 hrs without any extra charges.
• Guest/s checking out between 1300 to 1900 hrs shall be charged full day as per agreed rate.
In this occasion extra breakfast (if taken on arrival) will adjusted with the tariff.

All reservation should be followed by mail for confirmation and record.

• In case of cancellation 50% will be deducted of the total booking value
• Extended departure time/date is subject to availability of the rooms
• Hotel authority reserves the right of admission.

• In case of driver’s accommodation the hotel authority requires prior intimation

Retention Policy
In case of any no-show the hotel authority reserves the right to charge one night room tariff as per the contracted rates with Coal India and other subsidiaries.

Cancellation Policy
If the guaranteed reservation is cancelled before 15 days of the date of arrival, there will be no retention.
Within 15-7 days of the date of arrival, one night retention will be charged in all the properties confirmed.
Any cancellation less than 7 days, the entire stay would be charged as retention.
For every cancellation an amount of INR 500 will be deducted as Transaction Charges.
